CDO bloggers was invited to visit and see for themselves the majestic scenes, houses and buildings of Ayala Land, a project called Alegria Hills. If you have followed my first blog about CDO bloggers partnership with Ayala Land Premier, you’ll know that both parties had their brief meeting and looking forward to work hand in hand with the goal of letting kagay-anon be constantly updated about the existing and the upcoming projects of Ayala Land Premier that will take place here in Cagayan de Oro City.
I realized that Ayala Land wouldn’t launch any project before running a feasibility research and to study the market should be done accurately. They definitely wouldn’t run a project if the place is not promising – therefore, Ayala Land sales manager concluded that this city actually have so many wealthy people, afford to own Ayala properties.
I’m sure almost every Filipinos has the idea about the quality and the worth of the Ayala properties, this might also means that their project can be considered as the stepping stone to first class living in Cagayan de Oro. A little heads-up though, they currently have opened phase 1 only and surprisingly, the recent update of phase 1 lots, only have 7 lots left. Each lots have bigger cuts and amazingly cheaper value of those rates you can find in manila.
To recall the moments while i was there, it felt like i was in other place somewhere in Europe. Romantic and peaceful, i can feel God from where i was standing. I even daydreamed about being one of their residents and just enjoy the good life with my husband and kids.
